The contrasting colors blend gorgeously from black sageo and buffalo horn kurikata and kojiri to the golden tsuka wrapped over white same (ray skin). The textured dark brown saya helps blend the piece together with the copper toned furniture and silver arrowhead menuki, seppa and habaki. The round tsuba’s detailed arrow fletching spokes and embossing on the fuchi and kashira reveal the superior craftsmanship of the Dragon King artisans.
