The Musashi Ichi Tanto pays tribute to Miyamoto Musashi, one of the greatest samurai in Japanese history (1584-1645). Recognized as Japan’s finest swordsman, Musashi developed the famous "Niten Ichiryu" fighting style, using both a short and a long sword simultaneously. He also left his mark in the world of art and traditional tsuba (sword guard) craftsmanship. The minimalistic yet elegant design of this tanto is inspired by his iconic tsuba, featuring two oval rings.
